CNY Showdown – New York State’s ONLY dual sanctioned Truck & Tractor Pull!
The 3rd annual CNY Showdown is New York States only pull sanctioned with both major NY pulling leagues (Empire State Pullers from Western NY and New York Tractor Pullers Association from Eastern New York. It has quickly become known as one of the best pulls in New York, as we have more classes than any other pull in New York State sanctioned with the State organizations. Due to our central location and co-sanctioning, we bring in competitors from all across the State as well as Pennsylvania, Vermont andCanada. Last year we had the largest classes in the four-wheel-drive truck, 2 Wheel Dr. truck and modified tractor class in the state of New York. This year we have added semi-trucks from the outlaw, pulling series in Western New York, as well as light superstocks.
Last year the event was sold out with over 2000 spectators. This year we have added additional parking and rented additional Grandstands to allow up to 2500 spectators. We advertise the event on 92.5 the WOLF, B104 .7 and WSYR in Syracuse and central New York. Our spectators while concentrated in Central and Southern NY do come from across the State and we capture their data for those who purchase advance sale discount tickets.
In 2024 we have sanctioned the leagues for both days (in previous years we did antiques on Saturday) so we expect an even greater crowd for both days. In addition to the truck and tractor pull we have LIVE country music, food trucks, limited exhibits and of course our Heritage Hill tap truck!
The schedule for 2024 is as follows:
Saturday “Diesel Showdown” – ESP Pro Field Tractors, ESP & NYTPA 4WD Trucks, ESP Super Farm Tractors, Outlaw Semis (gates open at noon, pulling starts at 3pm)
Sunday August 4th – “Top Fuel Showdown” – ESP Light Super Stock, NYTPA 2WD Trucks, ESP Super Modifieds, ESP Heavy Super Stock (gates open at noon, pulling starts at 2pm)
Sponsorship Levels:
Title Sponsor $6,000 – Holbrook Heating
Exhibiting Sponsor - $3,000 (track space for two banners 6’ x 2’) to be provided by sponsor) - Signage upon entry - Space for equipment display and tent in hospitality and pit area - 6 two day pull and meal tickets - acknowledgement during every class each day for sponsorship and to visit your space
Class Sponsor $1,500 (choice of class) (space for two banners 6’ x 2’) to be provided by sponsor) - Signage upon entry - Space for 10x10 marketing tent - 4 two day passes and meal tickets- multiple sponsorship mentions during class
General sponsor $500 (space for two banners 6’ x 2’) to be provided by sponsor) - mention of sponsorship twice per day
